Mandi's other passion is her study of Yoga. Mandi is a student of Prana Vinyasa yoga. She studies in her hometown with Senior Prana Vinyasa teacher Monica Mesa and graduated with a 200 hour yoga alliance teaching certification through Shiva Rea's Samudra school for the living. She comes from a background of Ashtanga yoga and feels that being in a collective flow not only nourishes the body but also leads to a deeper sense of embodiment. Mandi believes both yoga and massage give us the opportunity to become embodied and have an experience of our true nature as well as connect with the underlying current of the nature of reality.
